What would it take for you to be the Head Coach at Smithers?
The Bulkley Valley Cross Country Ski Club in Smithers, British Columbia, is looking for a paid seasonal Head Coach. Maybe that is you? What would it take? And do you have what it takes?
In the words of Ernest Shackleton:
“[W]anted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of success.”
Fortunately, the wages in Smithers are pretty good (we can negotiate), and it really isn’t that cold here. Best of all, we have a bunch of keen athletes and community coaches who could really use a Head Coach to keep us on track for a terrific ski season.
Come and spend the winter with us and help our ski club flourish—to shine as a beacon of Nordic skiing excellence in the Northwest corner of the province.
