2024 Wetzin’kwa Loppet

Our event calendar wraps up with the 35th annual Wetzin'kwa Loppet on Saturday, March 9. A celebration of the ski season & our Club, the race kicks off with a Parade of Bunnies and offers something for everyone with many different distances and techniques to choose from. A great BBQ lunch is included with your registration fee.

Interested in joining the fun but not keen on racing? Many volunteers are needed to ensure the race is safe & fun for all. No experience is necessary, just punctuality and a willingness to follow directions. Lunch is provided for volunteers, and volunteers’ names will be entered into a draw for a free 2024/2025 pass.
If you are able to help please head to https://volunteersignup.org/98DFW to add your name to any role that appeals to you. If you hope to take part in the Loppet, there are several volunteer roles that allow you to both participate and contribute to the day.
Dog Trail Safety
For the safety of race participants and our furry friends, we ask that no dogs be on the trails from 9:30-2:00. Thank you for your understanding.
