The 2017 AGM passed two special resolutions:
- Special Resolution #1 replaced our bylaws with simpler provisions consistent with the new Societies Act.
- Special Resoultion #2 revised the club's official name by dropping the word "Society" and updating two of the purposes.
Fiscal Year 2017 Financial Review was not available until after the 2017 AGM
